SYMSAR Limited was established in 2002 by Symon Osman after a career of over twenty years in the construction industry. SYMSAR offers a comprehensive Quantity Surveying & Estimating service to Sub-Contractors, Main Contractors, Developers, Builders and the General Public.
From my base on the outskirts of Bristol I am able to fulfill the roles of both a Freelance Quantity Surveyor and Freelance Estimator at either my own premises or those of my client’s throughout the Southwest of England.
The advantage of me being a Freelance Quantity Surveyor is that I am able to undertake works no matter how small or infrequent these may be. This allows my Quantity Surveying expertise to become a cost effective solution for many clients to whom previously this service would not have been viable.
From the outset I evaluate the actual Quantity Surveying or Estimating requirements that are required by the client, then tailor my knowledge and experience gained within the Civil Engineering/Construction Quantity Surveying sector, to provide the best and most effective value for money solution.
I will manage all on site Quantity Surveying aspects through to settlement of the final account.

Being Freelance I am able to provide my services on an adhoc basis, which allows my clients to benefit from reduced costs when compared to employing a Quantity Surveyor on a full time basis.
